| Comments | Today we had 3850 head of cattle on offer. The market had a bit stronger feel across the board with some select groups 6-8$ stronger. Some 6009lb BLK steers sold for 374.50cwt, as well as some 548lb BLK steers at 393.50cwt. Some 559lb TAN heifers sold for 342.00cwt. The front-end cattle are trading for lots of money, but the second cut cattle continue to be heavily discounted. This trend will likely continue until we have fewer cattle on offer.
