1311hd of cattle sold through the ring this week. The feeder cows traded $3-5/cwt higher than last week. Slaughter ready cows & bulls also showed strength with top bulls trading @ $254/cwt.

It was a very good presort with what seemed to be lots of interest in the calves and yearlings, trading hands at prices fully steady to slightly stronger than last week. Highlights are as follows:
438lb tan steers @ $787.50/cwt or $3449/hd
727lb black exotic steers @ $558/cwt or $4057/hd
879lb exotic yearling heifers @ $462.50/cwt or $4065/hd
