A light run of 712hd went through the ring this week. The feeder cattle sold fully steady as compared to last week. A sale feature today was a group of 67 one-owner tan heifers weighing 648lbs that brought $379.00/cwt, and another 15hd of tan heifers weighing 731lbs brought $338.00/cwt.

The cows continued to show strength, trading another $2-3 higher as the plants remain hungry. The bulls traded fully steady.
