Today the market stayed very strong with a significant number of cattle on offer. The steers all traded fully steady with last week with very strong demand noted on big 1000+lb steers. One group of 1115lb steers sold for $3850.00/hd.

On the heifer side it was very similar, fully steady with a stronger tone noted on lighter grass weight heifers from 550-675lbs.

The cows and bulls sold $4-6 stronger with lots of cows breaking $2.00/lb. The bulls topped at $2.50/lb.
