1862 head sold through the ring this Wednesday in Vermilion. The cow market traded $2-3 back this week, as more and more culls come to town. The bulls traded barely steady as well, with the high bull selling at $225/cwt.
The steer calves sold $2-5 higher while the heifer calves traded $8-10 higher this week. A nice package of 56 steers at 356lbs traded at $579/cwt. A feature package of 92 heifers weighing 350lbs traded at $487.50.
