Today we seen some very nice groups of high-quality cattle and prices were, again, stronger pretty much across the board. The big gains this week were seen in the 600-700lb calves, both heifers and steers, posting $8-10/cwt over last week. It is hard to believe that we are now selling 600lb steers for the same as finished steers were selling for not that long ago.

The cows and bulls sold fully steady with last week.
